Work
Below are examples of projects I've worked on in a professional role.

Content Curation
I've worked with dozens of Fortune 500 companies to develop customized portals and newsletters that distill complex industry and scientific topics into essential elements and updates. Internally, I've helped manage the organization of content across clients, building a scalable foundation for product growth.
User Research and Persona Development
As part of a comprehensive user research project, I interviewed more than 35 clients and stakeholders across a variety of functional roles, transcribed and coded the conversations to identify themes, compiled results into a cohesive report, and developed personas to help the company better understand and align with the motivations and behavioral patterns of key types of users.

Product Strategy
After analyzing user research and other internal data, I established a framework for product development priorities.
Wireframing/Prototyping
To validate and refine product development ideas, I've used design thinking methodologies to create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, then worked closely with users, internal stakeholders and software engineers to bring new features to life.

Workshop Facilitation
To bring more diverse perspectives into product development, spark innovation, and boost team engagement and alignment, I've designed and led workshops centered on problem solving, rapid ideation and process enhancement.
GenAI Q&A tool
To improve access to information and insights, I've helped pilot a retrieval augmented generation (RAG)-based Q&A system, working closely with senior leadership, internal teams and clients to fine-tune the user interface, experiment with prompt engineering/best practices, and develop governing policies and guardrails.
