My goal is to create meaningful connections between people and information. I enjoy transforming complex problems into simple, approachable solutions and am passionate about removing friction from every step of the journey.

As a graduate of Kent State University’s MLIS program and Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, I know how to organize information and tell a story. I have also completed coursework through KSU's User Experience Design program and IDEO U, and am working toward Nielsen Norman Group certification.

To date, my work has centered on content development, user experience, information organization, and customer success for a healthcare information services firm.
