My goal is to create meaningful connections between people and information. I enjoy transforming complex problems into simple, approachable solutions and am passionate about removing friction from every step of the journey.

As a graduate of Kent State University’s MLIS program and Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, I know how to organize information and tell a story. I have also completed coursework through KSU's User Experience Design program and IDEO U and earned UX certification from the Nielsen Norman Group.

To date, my work has centered on content development, user experience, information organization, and customer success for a healthcare information services firm.
